La Isla Bonita

This luxury apartment is located in the sunniest part of the Canary Islands – La Palma island, which is often called La Isla Bonita. Tazacorte is a port town in the west of La Palma, surrounded by plantations that reportedly supply the most delicious Canary bananas.
It is famous for the largest number of sunny days in a year in the Canary Islands and the whole of Spain, and because of the similarity of its narrow streets to those in the Parisian district of Montmartre, it is called little Paris (Paris chiquito). Go to a place where there is constant spring. It has optimum temperature all year long, so it does not require air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

The apartment has undergone a general renovation, the materials used in it have been imported from Europe to achieve the highest standards. Its three bedrooms and a living room have huge windows to let as much sun inside as possible, and to show a unique view of mountain ranges, the old town and the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, available with all the equipment visible in the photographs.
The layout of the rooms has been planned to separate two completely independent suites, which are connected, so you can enter one from the other if you want to. The division is 80/20 sqm.
The main suite includes:

– a living room with a kitchenette, dining room and access to the terrace,
– a bedroom with a huge window along the entire width of the room,
– a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe,
– a capacious dressing room,
– a toilet,
– main bathroom with double washbasin and a spacious shower.

The private suite includes:

– a bedroom with terrace access,
– a kitchenette with breakfast bar,
– a bathroom with a shower,
– a storeroom through which you can access the main apartment.
